How does this compare to Classic and Executive?

  • The Onsite product allows for all the benefits of either Classic or Executive search; access to our wide search database, highly experienced single point of contact recruiter and the use of an Executive search style approach if needed, but with a scalable method for multiple hires.
  • Will work out more cost-effective per hire when hiring more than two roles, compared to Executive and Classic.
  • You will have a recruiter on-site for a defined amount of time – one to four days per week, depending on your specific requirements, whereas for the other packages the recruiter will work at our offices and can come in for pre-arranged meetings.

How does it work?

  • We discuss your requirements and roles and then decide how many days a week you would need, these are blocked into the diary of your one recruiter contact.
  • At any point you need to increase or change the number of days we can discuss this and amend as needed. When ending the on-site recruitment support there is a notice period of just one month

Classic
