How does it work?

  • We would start by agreeing part upfront payment terms, then move onto reviewing the role and discussing the job description, then a wider discussion regarding the culture of the organisation, the long-term view of the role and any line reports. This informs the start of the search.
  • In depth search and screening commences by us, with weekly updates provided to you, resulting in a final selection of candidates to you.
  • As interviews commence, we are here to support the process throughout, acting as intermediary with the candidates.  We can assist with offer negotiations and be on-hand during the candidates notice period, as well as helping with settling in during the probationary period.
