Candidate care is at the heart of everything we do and what sets us apart from lots of other recruitment companies; maybe not all (as there’s some other brilliant ones) but certainly a vast majority of them.
We call ourselves a recruitment consultancy as opposed to an agency as we love consulting and building deeper relationships with our talent and clients alike, rather than just being a one-stop transactional organisation.
We pride ourselves on our ability to guide and support our talent throughout the full recruitment process; whether that’s from a permanent or fixed-term contract perspective or from a freelance or temporary viewpoint. Our team of experts are here to help propel your career in the direction you wish to take it.
We give advice on CVs, portfolios and showreels, assistance on setting oneself up as a freelancer and deciding upon whether to work as a sole trader, limited company, through an umbrella company etc. as well as all the legal and compliance around IR35 and the like. And specifically on the freelance side of things we ensure frequent check-ins and communications via our WhatsApp channels and an easy and seamless payroll system to ensure your payments are received on time.
