Gutenberg Global came to us with the challenge of building out their team and shaping their culture to enable performance at a more efficient and effective way. They were winning more business and going on a big growth spurt so wanted to find the next generation of inspiring creatives whilst ensuring they had the right recruitment systems and processes in place to hire cultural fits for their agency.
Having worked with Gutenberg Global for over three years and making numerous permanent and freelance placements within that time, we already had a strong understanding of the types of individuals that flourish within their agency. What we now needed was their destination and what their employee roadmap looked like over the next 3/6/12 months. This enabled us to put in place a couple of key drivers to enable this performance; a bespoke attraction and pipeline builder to ensure we delivered the new Gutenberg talent quickly, and a shake-up of some of their systems, job specs, interview processes, to streamline how efficient the time was from job spec to talent hire. Also immersing ourselves within their business and working on site fairly regularly has allowed us to understand their culture even more so.
We helped them hire 3 new Gutenberg talents within the first month of taking on the project, all of whom hit the brief of being the next generation of inspiring creatives. These 3 hires were from 5 CVs we introduced to them, after having gone through our suitability selection process. Ultimately this reduced the number of talents they needed to meet allowing for an increase in efficiency and effectiveness.
