The Opportunity

This is a unique dual-role for a highly motivated individual with organisational skills and a flair for producing high quality written content. You’ll be joining a well-established TV & Broadcast Media Recruitment Agency to provide day-to-day team assistance across a number of areas of responsibility. As well as support, you will apply your writing skills to produce engaging and targeted content.

The Role

Content Writing / Blogging:

  • Creating original content to engage, delight, inform and build a strong community following
  • Writing 3-4 articles a week across a variety of subject matters relating to our industry
  • Sharing and distributing content on our website and through social media
  • Championing and managing our social channels, building our connections and engaging with key influencers
  • Writing and advertising job adverts for both permanent and freelance opportunities
  • Managing the yearly content calendar adding key events throughout the year

Resourcing / Pipeline Management:

  • Sourcing candidates for job roles and building pipelines
  • Screening candidates via phone calls and video conversations
  • Replying to applications to pre-screen new talent and adding candidates to our database
  • Updating availability of candidates
  • Maintaining our CRM database, ensuring relevant documents and skills are up to date
  • Adding and updating freelancer showreels to our Vimeo account and website

Operational Management:

  • Managing day to day of the office – book meeting rooms and registering guests
  • Monitoring ‘info’ inbox, forwarding emails to relevant consultants
  • Creating social assets and gifs to accompany job adverts, industry articles and other marketing material
  • Be involved in brainstorming meetings contributing insights and ideas
  • Overseeing the management of databases, systems and subscriptions (Perkbox, Bullhorn, Trello etc.

The Person

  • A stand out individual who can excite and delight us
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Excellent writing ability with a strong eye for detail
  • ​Driven, passionate, and collaborative outlook
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A multi-tasker who can deliver on a wide range of duties

The Package

£22,000 – £24,000 Full-time permanent contract
