Cain&Abel came to us with the challenge of expanding their team and shaping company culture, enabling performance in a more efficient and effective way. They were winning more business and wanted to find the next generation of inspiring creatives, but also ensure they had recruitment processes in place to hire the right cultural fit for their agency.
THE YELLOW CAT SOLUTION
Having worked across the group for over three years, making numerous permanent and freelance placements within that time, we already had a strong understanding of the types of individuals that flourish within their agency. What we now needed was their employee roadmap over the next 3/6/12 months. This enabled us to put in place a couple of key drivers to delivery, such as a bespoke pipeline to ensure we delivered the new talent effectively against the roadmap. We them helped shape some of their systems, including job specifications and interview processes. This allowed the client to streamline their time from identifying the need to the final talent hire. By immersing ourselves within their business culture and working on site regularly, it allowed us to enrich our understanding and deliver as per requirements.
