IG wanted to build an internal production and marketing department to take full ownership of their own creative work, having previously used multiple agencies to deliver and execute on briefs. To do this they needed to hire a great amount of talent and build complimentary cross-functional teams that would add value to their business and be well matched to their company vision and values.
