To achieve and accomplish their goal, we offered a variety of different tailored solutions for 750mph to decide between; allowing them to only pick those recruitment elements they were after (a sort of pick and choose exercise, with our consultative opinion). We then went ahead in creating and implementing a bespoke multi-channel advertising campaign and talent pipeline builder – raising awareness of the opportunity 750mph had to offer using the power we have through LinkedIn, as well as industry-specific job boards, social channels, publicising it on our own Yellow Cat website and generally anywhere we knew we could have an impact on directing talent to apply for the position.
Our campaign delivered over 100 applicants to a dedicated 750mph mailbox we created, and working closely with the 750mph hiring team we helped bring them the right audience which meant that 3 hires were made from the impact we had from posting and sharing their opportunity. It also was a strong brand awareness exercise for 750mph and they certainly benefited from the exposure us as a recruitment consultancy could offer them.
