The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the lively marketing department of a multinational financial services company, right in the centre of London! As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be working closely with the research and web analytics team to help drive continuous improvement in the website and overall digital performance.

The Role

This is a key role for supporting the development of the marketing team, to seek out new insights and continuously improve on previous innovations.

  • Collect and analyse data on the performance of the website to actively improve online marketing effectiveness and user experience
  • Help establish and maintain reporting on key operational metrics
  • Provide recommendations and analytical support to the testing programme
  • Identify gaps in the data tracking strategy, implement enhancements, and support future rollout of online analytics tools to new and existing websites / digital channels
  • Support internal users of web analytics across the business in accessing relevant data and analysis

The Person

  • 1-2 years in a similar digital marketing role with a focus on web analytics
  • Experience establishing ongoing website reporting and online campaign analysis
  • Experience using industry standard tools (preferably Omniture Site Catalyst or Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Curious personality, driven to find answers to the questions raised by performance data analysis
  • Experience with A/B or Multivariate testing and analysis
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • Consumer research, competitor intelligence or CRM / database marketing experience is desirable

The Package

£22,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience + excellent benefits package
